Background

I'm a self-taught web professional, with formal education and on-the-job experience.

My past experience includes roles from sole Web Designer / Developer with beauty retailer Superdrug to Web Producer / Developer at high-end fashion 'e-tailer' Net-A-Porter to Web Designer at Catch Digital to Creative Director of Night Island. I'm always on the lookout for new challenges and love stimulating my brain.

Next Retail is where I developed my customer-oriented focus; I've expanded this in to a variety of fields - developing my naturally friendly personality to become an excellent listener, sensitive to your needs. I'm a people-person who's passionate about creativity, personal development and entrepreneurship.

Working at AccountAbility and with Great Place to Work™ opened my eyes to how amazing workplaces can be, with the right people, attitudes and environment. As Creative Director in a start-up consultancy, for the first time I felt truly empowered to make significant & noticeable differences, both in the corporate world and in social justice organisations.

I'm still learning - as I always will be - and I'm focused on developing my skills in a myriad of diverse environments.
